Stegreifentwerfen x Claiming*Spaces:
WHOSE FOOD?
This course explores the intersection of food, architecture, and urban design through a feminist lens. Students will critically analyze how food routines shape urban spaces and develop personal cartographies reflecting these interactions. The course focuses on creating innovative urban design solutions to address sustainability, gender, and inclusivity challenges. Students will work collaboratively, engage with guest workshops, and produce graphic presentations, maps, and critical texts. Outputs include a personal cartography, research on Vienna’s food systems, and proposals for sustainable urban transformations.
